Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product ordered or are disappointed with the product or service, we would like to know your feedback in order to be able to serve you better.

We strongly believe in the quality of our products and wish for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Step 1 –
  • Raise a replacement request within 7 days of delivery if you’ve received the wrong or expired product(s).
  • Please raise a request here with the order/ Invoice number and contact details - care@natureskinn.com
  • You can also make a request with us through WhatsApp chat +91 9871113889  with the order/invoice number and contact details.
  • In case of damaged/ missing product(s), raise a replacement request within 2 days of delivery.


Step 2 – Give us 2 working days to review your replacement request.
Step 3 – After reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the delivered products.
Step 4 – If our reverse pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges.
Step 5 – After receiving your product(s), we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.


Under what conditions can I replace my product?

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product
  • Incomplete order – missing products


Under what conditions will return/ replacement requests not be accepted?

  • Opened/ used/ altered products.
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
  • The replacement request is generated after 7 days from delivery.
  • The damaged/ missing product(s) is reported after 2 days from delivery.


How are returns processed?
Once you request to replace a product, a pick-up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse, where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes quality control, a replacement is initiated.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order by using the CANCEL button on the order details page under the My Account section and leave the rest to us.

Nature’s Kinn reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer, which may include having verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Note- Orders can be only canceled till the status is “Ready to Ship.” and within 24 hours of placing the order.

How will I receive the refund for my canceled order?
In the case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business days.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a canceled order?
We will process your refund within 7 business days in case of order cancellation.
